A: BREATHE  →  PRANAYAMA
Type: Warmup Prep Breathing
Goal: Prepare the body for Oxygen Saturation
Time: 5 Minutes


B: WARMUP
   Pigeon-Pose-on-Box 2:00/side
   3x:
      10 Wall-Balls
      5/5 Lunges-Open-Chest
      5/5 Quad-and-Reach
      5/5 Ankle-Rolls

   3x:
      50m Sled-Push @ Light Load
      Rest as needed between


C: STRENGTH
   Double Kettlebell Thrusters
   3x:
      ME :30
      Rest 2:30
      Warmup with 2-3 sets of 10 reps at lighter loads


D: CONDITION
   6 rounds EACH for time of:
      5/5 Barbell Lunges @ Medium Load
      50m Sled-Push
      Rest 1:00


E: RECOVER
   Seated-Foot-Opener  3:00
   Roll-Out-Hamstrings 2:00/side
