      5 Side-Lunges w/Twist
      10  Broad-Jumps  + Air-Squats
      10/10 Arm-Swings
      10 Hollow-Rocks
      10 Supermans


C: STRENGTH
   Hollow-Hold
      24 Sledge-Hammer-Swings alternating grip
      :30 Max Situps


E: RECOVER
   Pigeon-Pose-on-Box 2:00/side
   Roll-Out-Lats 2:00/side
