      5 Barbell Push-Press


C: STRENGTH
   EMOM (every minute on the minute) for 10:00 of:
      2 Push-Press at Medium weight
      Focus on speed and technique


D: CONDITION
   3 rounds of:
      5 Wall Walks
      Rest :30
      :60 Max Rope-Climb
      Rest :30
      Max Handstand Hold
      Rest 2:00  


E: RECOVER
   Back-Bend-Bridge 2:00 on/off
   Roll-Out-Thoracic 3:00 total
