A: BREATHE
Around the World Plank


B: WARMUP
   Hip-Hurdles  2:00/side
   Then 3 rounds of:
      5/5 Arm-to-Sky-Lunges
      20m Bear-Crawl shuttle
      10 Pullups
      20m Squat-Jumps


C: STRENGTH
   3 rounds of:
      :30 AMRAP
      Rest 2:30 of:
      Front-Squat at medium weight
         move the bar with speed and form
      Rest 5:00 before D  


D: GYM
   4 rounds for time of:
      25 Wall-Balls
      20 Bear-Crawl Shuttle
      15 Pullups


E: RECOVER
   Pigeon-Pose-on-Box 2:00/side
   Roll-Out-Lats 2:00/side
