B: WARMUP
   Banded-Bully 2:00/side
   2 rounds of:
      10 Touch-Downs
      5 BB Strict-Press + 10 BB Push-Press
      :30 Plank-Side Right
      10/10 Arm-Swings
      :30 Plank-Side Left


C: STRENGTH
      3 x 5 Strict-Press at medium heavy load
   Rest 2:00-3:00 between sets
      3 x 5 Push-Press at medium heavy load (add to strict press)
   Rest 2:00-3:00 between sets
   Rest 5:00 before D


D: CONDITION
   5 rounds of:
      200m Shuttle Farmer-Carry
      :60 Max Strict-Dips (Scale as needed)
      10 Banded-Pull-Aparts w/:03 Pause


E: RECOVER
   Childs-Pose 3:00
   Roll-Out – Triceps 2:00/side
