A: BREATHE  → XPT Sport Breathing


B: WARMUP
   Horse-Stance 3:00
   3x:
      10 Pushup
      10 Air-Squats
      5/5 Arm-Swings
      5/5 Side-Lunges


C: STRENGTH
   Goblet Squat 3x ME :30, Rest 2:30
      Warmup with 2-3 sets of 10 reps at lighter loads


D: CONDITION
   4 rounds EACH for time of:
      10 Bench Press @ Bodyweight or manageable weight
      15 Tire-Flips
      Rest 1:00


E: RECOVER
   Internal-Rotation-Pry 2:00
   Roll-Out-Lats 3:00
