      5 Tire-Flips  + Jump to Tire (Step Down)
      10/10 Front and Side Leg-Swings
      5 Sumo-Deadlift @ Bodyweight


C: STRENGTH
   Sumo-Deadlift 3 x 5 Heavy Weight
      Don't exceed 5 heavy attempts,
      Rest 3:00 between efforts
   5:00 after last set  
      Max Bodyweight Sumo-Deadlift
   Rest 5:00 before D


D: CONDITION
   10 rounds for time of:
      1 Rope-Climb (Legless)
      6 Box-Jumps (Step Down Recommended)
      12 Russian-KB-Swings


E: RECOVER
   Seated-Foot-Opener  3:00
   Roll-Out-Calves 2:00/side
