      10/10 Arm-swings
      20m Bear-Crawl Shuttle
      15 Pullups
      20m Spiderman-Crawl
      200m Run or Row


C: STRENGTH
   Push-Press
      2 x 10 medium weight
      2 x 5 heavy weight
      2 x 3 heavy weight
      Rest 2:00 after each set
      2-3 warmup sets
      Rest 5:00 before D


D: CONDITION
   8 rounds EACH for time of:
      40m Sled-Push Prowler Sprint
      5 Power-Cleans Medium Weight
      Rest 1:00


E: RECOVER
   Back-Bend-Bridge 3:00 on off
   Roll-Out-Lats 2:00/side
