B: WARMUP
   Banded Distraction Hips 2:00/side
   2 rounds of:
      10 Wall-Squat-Therapy
      5/5 Up and Over Fence
      5:00 Easy Row / Bike / Run


C: STRENGTH
   Take 20minutes to Find a 3RM of Back-Squat
   Rest 5:00 before D


D: CONDITION
   8 rounds of:
      50m  Sled-drag-backwards at medium weight
   Rest :60 between efforts


E: RECOVER
   Roll-Out-Hamstrings 2:00/side
   Couch-Stretch 2:00/side
