   Horse-Stance-Barbell 3:00
   2 rounds of:
      25m Inch-Worm
      25 Air-Squats
      25m Lunges-Walking w/Twist
      :60/:60 Mountain-Climber-Step-Ups


C: STRENGTH
   Sumo-Deadlift
      Take 20 minutes to find a heavy set of 3
      Rest 3:00 after each attempt
      2-4 warmup sets
      Don't exceed 4 heavy attempts
   Rest 5:00 before D


D: CONDITION
   5 rounds of:
      5 Heavy Stone-over-Shoulder
      (no stone complete 5 heavy Power-Cleans)
      25m Shuttle Walking Lunges-Walking


E: RECOVER
   5:00 Post-Squat-Therapy
   Roll-Out-Abductors 2:00/side
