A: BREATHE  → XPT Sport Breathing


B: WARMUP
   Hip-Hurdles 2:00/side
   2 rounds of:
      10/10 Mountain-Climber-Step-Ups
      5 Inch-Worm+Pushup
      15 Air-Squats
      1 Rope-Climb
   5:00 Easy Row / Assault Bike / Ski Erg (select one)


C: STRENGTH
   5 x 3 Deadlifts Heavy
   Rest 5:00 before D


D: CONDITION
   As Many Rounds As Possible in 10:00 of:
      3 Power-Cleans
      2 Front-Squat
      1 Rope-Climb (scale to 2 rope climbs to standing)
        Weight should be medium heavy and same for Power Cleans and Front Squats


E: RECOVER
   Post-Squat-Therapy 3:00
   Roll-Out-Hamstrings 2:00/side
