A: BREATHE  →  PRANAYAMA
Type: Warmup Prep Breathing
Goal: Prepare the body for Oxygen Saturation
Time: 5 Minutes


B: WARMUP
   Banded-Bully 2:00/side
   3 rounds of:
      3/3 Turkish-Getups light weight
      6/6 Mountain-Climber-Step-Ups
      9 Burpees


C: MENTAL CONDITIONING
   Max Effort (ME) Single Leg Stand Hold Right
   Rest 1:00
   Max Effort (ME) Single Leg Stand Hold Left
      (retest – compare to benchmark 3 weeks ago)
   then 10:00 of Balance-Pad or Balance board Practice


D: HIIT  
   BUY IN:
      50 Wall-Balls-Situps
   Then 6x
      :20 Burpees
      :10 Rest
      :20 Dumbbell-Bicep-Curl
      :10 rest
      :20 Jumping Jacks
      :10 Rest
      :20 Dumbbell Tricep Kickbacks
         (complete all 6 rounds)
   BUY OUT:
      50 Wall-Balls-Situps


E: RECOVER
      Childs-Pose 3:00
      Roll-Out-Calves 2:00/side
