A: BREATHE  → XPT Sport Breathing


B: WARMUP
   Pigeon-Pose 2:00/side
   3x:
      5/5 Arm-to-Sky-Lunges
      10/10 Front-High-Kicks
      15 Jumping Jacks
      5/5 Ankle-Rolls  


C: MENTAL CONDITION
   2 rounds of:
      Max Effort Single Leg Stand – Right Leg once you break do as many single leg lunges (stepping back on left leg) as possible in 1:00
      Rest 2:00
      Then Max Effort Single Leg Stand – Left once you break do as many single leg lunges (stepping back on right leg) as possible in 1:00
      Rest 2:00 and complete 2nd round   


D: HIIT
   For time:
      20 Wall-Balls
      40 Jumping Jacks
      15 Wall-Balls
      30 Jumping Jacks
      10 Wall-Balls
      20 Jumping Jacks
      15 Wall-Balls
      30 Jumping Jacks
      20 Wall-Balls
      40 Jumping Jacks


E: RECOVER
   10 Inch-Worm + Down-Up-Dog
   Roll-Out-Hamstrings 2:00/side
