FOCUS: Gym Training
DURATION: 40-50 Min


A: BREATHE  → XPT Sport Breathing


B: WARMUP
   Wall-Squat-Therapy 2:00
   3x:
      5/5 Mountain-Climber-Step-Ups
      5 Inch-Worm
      10/10 Leg-Swings
   3:00-5:00 Cardio of Choice for "D"


C: MENTAL CONDITIONING
   Take 20:00 to practice slackline traverse (sit-to-stand start or chongo), if you fall off start back from beginning position


D: HIIT
   Select ONE piece of "Cardio"/Monostructural equipment
      (you can run outside, or use assault bike, or use row)
   6 rounds of:
      :30 All-Out Effort
      :20 Rest
    After all 6 rounds rest and/or slowing, perform sport for 6:00
      Then hit seconds full set of 6 rounds
         :30 All-Out Effort
         :20 Rest


E: RECOVER
   Seated-Foot-Opener  2:00
   Roll-Out-Quads 2:00/side
