      :60 Monostructural Choice for Workout
      Rest :30
      :60 Mountain-Climber-Step-Ups alternating
      Rest :30


C: MENTAL CONDITIONING
   Accumulate 5:00 of Hollow-Hold
   Then right into 2:00/2:00 Left/Right Single Leg Stand on BOSU or Balance-Pad


D: HIIT
   Find 1 piece of "Cardio"/Monostructural equipment
      (you can run outside, assault bike, row)
   8 rounds of:
      1:00 Max Effort
      Rest 2:00


E: RECOVER
   5:00 Deep-Breath-Walking
   10 Inch-Worm
   Roll-Out-Hamstrings
