A: BREATHE
Around the World Plank


B: WARMUP
   Horse-Stance 3:00
   10/10 Ankle-Rolls
   2 rounds of:
      5 4-Point-Squats
      5 Plank-to-Squat
      10/10 Hip-Hurdles
      20 Touch-Downs
      10 Slam
      20 Jumping Jacks


C: MENTAL CONDITIONING
   "Slow" Romanian Deadlifts 4 x 6
      Go at Tempo :10 Down, Fast on way up!
      Use medium weight or only barbell depending on fitness
      Each set should take :60 seconds
      2:00-3:00 rest between efforts


D: HIIT  
   2x: 2:00 ME Row or Assault Bike
      2:00 Rest
      2:00 Max Slam
      2:00 Rest
      2:00 Jumping Jacks
      2:00 Rest
      2:00 Plank-to-Squat
      2:00 Rest


E: RECOVER
   10/10 Cherry-Pickers each way
   Roll-Out-Hamstrings 2:00/side
