DURATION: 35-45 Minutes


A: BREATHE  →  PRANAYAMA
Type: Warmup Prep Breathing
Goal: Prepare the body for Oxygen Saturation
Time: 5 Minutes


B: WARMUP
   2:00 Total Sink-Mobilization
   3x :10 Contract / :10 Relax Calf-Stretch-Off-Wall
   5 Inch-Worm+Pushup
   10/10 Arm-Swings forward and backward


C: MENTAL CONDITIONING
   5 rounds of 8 "Slow" Pushup :10 Down/Fast up
      (scale accordingly)
   Rest 2:00-3:00 between efforts


D: HIIT
   "Tabata" 8 x :20 Work / :10 Rest of:
   Double-Unders or Single-Unders (Full 8 rounds)
   Rest 2:00
   Then "Tabata" Burpees


E: RECOVER
   Roll-Out-Pecotral-Smash 2:00/side
   Roll-Out-Calves 2:00/side
