   5 x 5/5 Pistol-Squat-Level-3 (scale to box as needed)
   after 10:00 of Balance-Pad Practice


D: HIIT

      15 DB/KB Thrusters
      15 Pullups
      21 DB/KB Thrusters
      21 Pullups
     :60 Stand on Right Leg
