A: HEAT TO SWEAT
Goal: Heat up before Training – decrease chance of injury
Methods:
-Sauna / Up to 15 Mins
-Hot Shower or Tub / Up to 10 Mins


B: WARMUP
   3 rounds of:
      :30 Mountain-Climber-Step-Ups
      :30 Rest
      :30 Cherry-Pickers
      :30 Rest
      :30 Jumping Jacks
      :30 Rest


C: OUTDOORS
   20:00 Walk / Hike / Jog easy in nature
   Every 2:00 perform 5/5 Lunges-Walking


D: RECOVER
   3:00 Cold-emersion (hose/shower/pool) > 50 degrees


E: BREATHE
   Apnea 5:00
   Roll-Out-Quads 2:00/side
