Laird, Gabby, and Brian share their own training styles and personal approaches to maintain a high level of fitness. They will be with you every step of the way.

Think this may not be for you because you are not in shape like the people in the photos and vieos? We hear that a lot, and want to reassure you that you do not have to be an athlete, a triathlete, cross-fitter etc. Our goal is to help each individual person find what will motivate them to continue an active healthy lifestyle once they leave. We all learn from each other and you get out of it what YOU want.
THE XPT EXPERIENCE IN KAUAI INCLUDES
LODGING | 3 Nights – 8th, 9th and 10th
(Hotel or House – Each particiapnt gets their own room)
MEALS | All Lunches, Dinners, Snacks, Water, and Smoothies
TRANSPORATION | To and from every activity once the experience starts.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES: You will learn the basic fundamentals of XPT pool workouts, gym training, and high intensity workouts. We will do outdoor activities such as hiking and Stand Up Paddle boarding. You do not need to be an elite athlete to participate. The XPT Experience is designed for adults who are moderately fit or looking to get more fit, or for those athletes who are looking to go beyond and expand their endurance training. Each individual’s Experience is catered personally to your goals and skills.
BREATHING: You will learn the nuances and many benefits of our incredible XPT Performance Breathing techniques, for optimal fitness and everyday health.
RECOVERY: Here at XPT we practice heat and ice therapy for post-workout recovery. The XPT Heat and Ice Program uses these tools to stimulate your system to promote muscle recovery, for hormone and metabolism balancing, to increase endurance, for easier acquisition of muscle mass, and for a general increased capacity for stress tolerance.
EDUCATION: XPT is a lifestyle and life is a constant quest for knowledge and growth. During an XPT Experience, we cover topics on human performance, mind-body, daily goals, nutrition, sleep, and tools for managing stress. All of these things can be taken back home with you to integrate into your regular daily routine.
FUN: Everything we do at XPT has an element of fun (especially with Laird involved). XPT is centered around the notion of enjoying life.
SOCIAL: Meet new friends. At the XPT Experience we do everything as a group. You will always be around an XPT team member.
FOOD: Lunch, Dinner, Hydration and Snacks are provided. You’ll enjoy delicious, healthy food that XPT members eat to fuel themselves in real life. Lunch and dinners are done family style, as a group. It’s a time to reflect on the day, and connect. Water and snacks are provided throughout.
TRANSPORTATION: Will be provided to and from all events once the experience starts. You are responsible getting to and from the experience.

*OPEN COMMUNITY DAY is Feb 10th. Sessions are free to the public from 8:15-10:45 AM.

We photgraph and film some sessions at experiences but for this one, it is sure to be a little more special with Patrick involved.

The XPT Experience is a small, group of between 15-25 individuals looking for a life-changing experience. Space is Limited. 50% Desposit required upon registration.
REFUND POLICY – If you cannot attend the Experience and you made a 50% deposit you will be automatically entered into the next Experience or the Experience of your choice within 1 year. You must fill out our application and sign our waiver. You must be physically able and medically cleared to participate. If we do not reach our minimum number of participants we reserve the right to cancel and refund you in full.
1. Do Laird, Gabby, Brian and advisors join most activities?
Laird, Brian, and Gabby, are with you the majority of each day. We have guest advisors lead certain sessions but Gabby, Laird, Brian join these with you!
2. How good of shape do I have to be in?
You should be currently exercising on a weekly basis. To get the most out of the experience you should try all workouts, and we do 2-3 workouts a day.
3. I am a little intimidated, should I be?
No. The one amazing thing about Laird, Gabby, and Brian they immediately make everyone feel a part of the family. You quickly learn just how passionate they are about people and their health.
4. I have a special diet, does this matter?
No, just tell us what foods you can and cannot eat. If necessary you can bring your own snacks.
