XPT PERFORMANCE DIRECTOR | Coach PJ is a human performance specialist with over a decade of experience preparing top athletes for competition, and a life mission to help athletes and coaches realize their true potential. Over the past ten years, Coach PJ has trained dozens of athletes from the UFC, NFL, NHL and MLB. His passion for combat sports and commitment to excellence, has driven him to become a leader in combat sports performance training. He has worked extensively with over 100 fighters, including multiple Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champions and Top 10 ranked UFC fighters.
XPT Movement Advisor Kelly Starrett is a coach, physical therapist, author, and speaker who aims to revolutionize how athletes think about human movement and athletic performance. His 2013 book, Becoming a Supple Leopard has become a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller. Kelly is a longtime friend of Laird and Gabby, as well as the XPT family, and has appeared as a special guest at multiple XPT Experiences, providing hands-on mobility methods and educational touch-points that serve crucial when achieving optimal human performance.
Juliet Starrett is an attorney and entrepreneur. She is co-founder and CEO of San Francisco Crossfit, one of the first 50 Crossfit affiliates, and MobilityWOD.com, which has revolutionized how athletes think about human movement and athletic performance. Before turning her attention to MobilityWOD and San Francisco CrossFit full-time, Juliet had a successful career as an attorney, practicing complex commercial litigation at Reed Smith for nearly eight years.
