Please join us for the inaugural XPT workshop in Long Island, New York!  Join experienced XPT certified coaches, Lindsay Ashmun, Josh Fly, Fabian Kuttner, and assistant coach Ron Jager for this special workshop at School of Fish Dive Shop in Rocky Point, NY. In this 4 hour fitness journey, you will be coached through a signature XPT Pool workout, Mobility class, Breathwork and Ice and Heat for recovery.

    This is a supportive and fun environment and the program is progressive which caters for men and women from beginner to elite fitness levels. The main focus of this experience is to help develop your breathing capacity, mobilize your body with functional movement and develop higher levels of resilience to stress.
  •   Can I come by myself?
    Absolutely, regardless of whether you come by yourself or with a friend the experience is a personal experience shared in a supportive and fun environment.
  •   Do I have to do all the activities?
    Our role is to provide you with the right guidance to support you through each activity and we encourage you to participate as much as you can. Ultimately this is your experience and you always have a choice.
