B: WARMUP
   Tricep+Lat-Stretch 2:00/side
   2 rounds of:
      5/5 KB-Windmill Left/Right
      10 Pushups
      10/10 Arm-Swings
      20m Inch-Worm+Pushup


C: STRENGTH
   Take 20minutes to Find a heavy double Floor-Press
      Rest 5:00 before D


D: CONDITION
   As many rounds as possible in 12:00 of:
      40m Sand-Bag-Carry
      8 Burpees
      40m Sand-Bag-Carry
      4 Thrusters Medium Heavy


E: RECOVER
   Internal-Rotation-Situp-Stretch 2:00 on/off
   Roll Out – Shoulders 2:00/side
