A: BREATHE  → XPT Sport Breathing


B: WARMUP
   3:00 Horse-Stance with wall or pole
   2 rounds of:
      10 Scap-Pullups
      10 Touch-Downs
      10/10 Cherry-Pickers
      5 Tire-Flips
      5 Barbell Push-Press


C: STRENGTH
   EMOM (every minute on the minute) for 8:00 of:
   3 Sumo-Deadlift at Medium weight
      Focus on speed and technique


D: CONDITION
   5 rounds for time of:
      6 Tire-Flips
      8 Push-Press at medium weight
      10 Pullups


E: RECOVER
   Roll-Out-Lats 2:00/side
   Roll-Out-Hamstrings 2:00/side
