FOCUS: GET OUTSIDE
DURATION: 40-50 Min


A: HEAT TO SWEAT
Goal: Heat up before Training – decrease chance of injury
Methods:
-Sauna / Up to 15 Mins
-Hot Shower or Tub / Up to 10 Mins


B: WARMUP
   1x 15/15 Lunges-Open-Chest w/Twist
   15 Inch-Worm
   10/10 Ankle-Rolls
   10/10 Quad-and-Reach


C: OUTDOORS
   Hike / Run / Bike (select one – focus on nasal breathing)
      5 rounds of:
      12:00 Steady Yet Easy Pace
   3:00 Deep-Breath-Walking
   (if biking Deep Breathe Spin)


D: RECOVER
   3:00 Cold-emersion (hose/shower/pool) > 50 degrees


E: BREATHE
   Apnea 10:00
