XPT EXPERIENCE in Montauk, New York  |  AUGUST 7th, 8th, 9th


Go through a life changing experience with us in Montauk! Spend 3 days with Laird Hamilton, Brian Mackenzie, and Gabby Reece at our first east coast experience this August 7th, 8th, & 9th in and around Montauk doing everything XPT. Our host hotel is the beautiful Surf Lodge, famous for its accommodations and activities.

This XPT lifestyle experience is available for those looking to experience and adapt into their lives easy steps for better training, for better health:
BREATHE = performance breathing
MOVE = working out in various ways including in the pool, in the gym and out in nature
RECOVER = using recovery methods such as sauna and ice.

Our XPT Founders share their own personal philosophies, methods, eating habits, and approach to daily training/life in this special 3 day event in exquisite Montauk!

August 7th:  Start Time 1:00 P.M. / End Time 7:00 PM
August 8th: Start Time 8:00 A.M.  / End Time 7:00 PM

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES: You will learn the basic fundamentals of xptwater mid-deep pool training, gym training, sand & land training.

SUP Around the Lake  – Boards by Paddle Diva

BREATHING: XPT Performance Breathing for fitness and everyday health. Pre Fitness – During – Post (Learn to adapt these routines into your daily lives)

RECOVERY: The XPT Sauna and Ice Program. Heat and Ice are used for muscle recovery, for hormone and metabolism balancing, to increase endurance, easier acquisition of muscle mass, general increased capacity for stress tolerance. Learn the basics up to a full program.

EDUCATION: We cover topics on human performance, mind-body, daily goals, nutrition, sleep, and stress. For this Montauk event we will have a Lecture by Dr. Liz Matson

FUN: Everything we do has an element of fun (especially with Laird involved). XPT is centered around the notion of enjoying life.

SOCIAL: We do everything as a group. You will always be around a team member if not all 3.

FOOD: Lunch is provided; food that XPT members eat to fuel themselves in real life. Lunch and Dinners are done family style, as a group. It’s a time to reflect on the day, connect, and recharge for the next day. Water and snacks are provided throughout.

REFUND POLICY: If you can not attend the experience you will recive 50% back and you will be automatically entered into the next Experience or the Experience of your choice within a Year. If you are not accepted into the experience you will be refunded upon review of your application. *We want to make sure you are physically able and are medically cleared to participate.
