Crust-less Spinach Feta Quiche

A Hamilton favorite usually on a weekend. When we are in the mood for something hearty and healthy. Good for adults and kids / breakfast, lunch or dinner.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Spinach bunch or bag fresh
1 Red Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
6 Eggs
¼ cup Feta crumbled
Garlic salt
Cornstarch
turkey bacon or bacon

DIRECTIONS:
Pre Heat Oven to 400

Cook turkey bacon then crumble
Saute the spinach
Dice up peppers
Beat Eggs

Mix spinach, eggs, peppers, cheese, garlic salt and cornstarch

Cook for 25-30 at 400

*Serve with a green salad with avocados and a light lemon vinaigrette
