      15 Slam
      5/5 Ankle-Rolls
   3:00-5:00 Bike/Row Easy


C: MENTAL CONDITIONING
   4 x 2/2 Turkish-Getups at Medium Weight
      focus on positions and proper mechanics
   Finish with 2x:
      :60/:60 Single Leg Stands accumulated


D: HIIT
   3 rounds for REPS of:
      :60 Slam
      :60 Assault Bike or Row
      :60 Jumping Jacks
      :30 Rest


E: RECOVER
   10/10 Side-Lunges Alternating
   Roll-Out-Abductors 2:00/side
