XPT ASSISTANT PERFORMANCE DIRECTOR | Mark is an expert in human performance, and has studied the science of sport and exercise since the age of 15. As a former professional rugby player with national honors and an Irish youth triathlete he has been exposed to the highest level of training from an early age, the catalyst into his journey of human performance. Mark has been coaching for 10 years with the last 5 years as a post-rehab specialist in Chicago, IL. Mark holds accreditation's through EXOS as a performance specialist, as a CFSC LvL 2 coach and through XPT.
XPT PERFORMANCE DIRECTOR | PJ is a human performance specialist with over a decade of experience preparing top athletes for competition, and a life mission to help athletes and coaches realize their true potential. Over the past 12 years, Coach PJ has trained dozens of athletes from the UFC, NFL, NHL and MLB. In his current role as Director of Performance for XPT, Coach PJ is responsible for researching, developing and teaching educational curriculum's around XPT's Breathe-Move-Recover philosophy.

You do not need to be a world-class athlete or in elite shape to benefit from the XPT Experience. Our guests come from many different backgrounds, ages and fitness levels. Our expert staff will meet you where you currently are and help you explore the edges of your comfort zone. This experience is all about YOU and we will make sure you leave with dozens of new tools, information, and inspiration to help you live a performance driven life!

During the Experience, there are two workout sessions that are open and complimentary to the community. The first session is our High Intensity Interval Training workout (HIGHX) led by Gabby Reece and the second session is Performance Breathing™ led by Laird Hamilton.
