Dan Garner is the owner and founder of Team Garner and the head strength coach and nutrition specialist for both HockeyTraining.com and BaseballTraining.com. Specializing and delivering consistent world-class results in physique transformation and athletic performance, Dan has worked with many athletes from the youth leagues right up to the NHL, NFL, MLB and UFC. On his watch, his athletes have won UFC World Titles, Superbowls, Bodybuilding/Bikini championships, and have broken all-time world records.
XPT PERFORMANCE DIRECTOR | PJ is a human performance specialist with over a decade of experience preparing top athletes for competition, and a life mission to help athletes and coaches realize their true potential. Over the past 12 years, Coach PJ has trained dozens of athletes from the UFC, NFL, NHL and MLB. In his current role as Director of Performance for XPT, Coach PJ is responsible for researching, developing and teaching educational curriculum's around XPT's Breathe-Move-Recover philosophy.

This new XPT Elite Experience is not for the ordinary. This experience will push you physically, mentally and emotionally, through a variety of vigorous challenges and environments to overcome obstacles and shatter perceptions of what you thought possible. Physical Requirements Due to the intense nature of this Elite Experience, it is not for those with a beginner fitness level. You should be able to meet the following physical requirements in order to attend this event. If you are unable to meet this requirements, please consider one of our other Experiences. -Swim 300m freestyle -Run 3 miles -Perform 40 unbroken push-ups (30 for women) -Carry ½ your bodyweight in each hand for 25m
