We want to reassure you that you do not have to be an athlete, a triathlete, cross- fitter etc. Our goal is to empower each individual person in finding what motivates them to continue pursuing an active healthy lifestyle once they go home. We all learn from each other and you get out of it what YOU want.

During the Experience, on July 12th from 8:00AM-10:00AM, there are two workout sessions that are open and complimentary to the community. The first session is our High Intensity Interval Training workout (HIGHX) led by Gabby Reece and the second session is Performance Breathing™ led by Laird Hamilton.
