We will push you outside your comfort zone and teach a handful of new tools to improve your health and fitness that can be immediately applied to your daily life. This workshop will feature XPT Performance Breathing, Movement training, and XPT Fire & Ice sessions at the Noosa Springs Resort.

    This is a supportive and fun environment and the program is progressive which caters for men and women from beginner to elite fitness levels. The main focus of this experience is to help develop your breathing capacity, mobilize your body with functional movement and develop higher levels of resilience to stress.
  •   Do I have to do all the activities?
    Our role is to provide you with the right guidance to support you through each activity and we encourage you to participate as much as you can. Ultimately this is your experience and you always have a choice.
  •   Can I come by myself?
    Absolutely, regardless of whether you come by yourself or with a friend the experience is a personal experience shared in a supportive and fun environment.
