These quick cool down techniques are for the days we don’t immerse in a tub of ice. It’s a quick way to enable your body to decrease from a high temperature after a vigorous workout.
Ever notice that sometimes you continue to sweat after your workout? That’s because your body is still heated and has not started that cooling down process. Here are a few ways to start:
