This week Gabby Reece brings us back to the basics for our weekly XPT Challenge and something we all need – water.  After a full nights sleep you will need to rehydrate your body to kickstart it into gear for the day ahead. Gabby challenges us that before we get moving, be sure to swish some water in your mouth and spit it out to get rid of the dryness left from the night’s sleep, then drink a minimum of 12oz of water before your begin your day.
