This week’s XPT Challenge, courtesy of our very own, Gabby Reece is a very simple one. Can you take a moment…call it 10 minutes…to do less. Find the time each day to meditate, stretch or do something reflective so that we are taking a break from working hard or the stress of everyday life.
So, rather than the standard challenge of “You can do it! You can do more. Push through and muscle up,” Gabby invites you to do the opposite this week. Find 10 minutes, to take a moment and do less.
