XPT Fan Friday Q&A With Dr. Kelly Starrett (Round 2)

This week’s XPT Fan Friday Q&A subject is our good friend Dr. Kelly Starrett.  Kelly graciously answered a few fan questions including: how much we should stretch pre & post workouts, what the best time of day to do mobility work is, how to deal with having little to no internal hip rotation, dealing with bone spurs on top of a big toe that are impeding full range of motion, and what sport progression he would recommend for kids to build a healthy physical movement base.
